We are committed to serving the students, faculty and staff at Henderson State University as well as the surrounding community. HTV strives to prepare students for careers involving media in the professional environment.


HTV is a non-commercial educational television studio and production facility at Henderson State University. The primary function of HTV is to provide a practical hands-on training environment to students interested in entering the field of television broadcasting. HTV adheres to EEO and OSHA standards. HTV strives for a sense of community involvement by producing quality programming enjoyable by all ages. Henderson Television excels at this by creating programs showcasing local news, sports and features, all produced by students of the Mass Media program at Henderson State.
