The 2019 Super Bowl marked the 52nd year of the competition, and was held in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.  The game ended with the New England Patriots victory with a score of 13 and the Los Angeles Rams losing with a score of 3. The game was the lowest scoring Super Bowl, and left many people disappointed.

When asked how she felt about the super bowl, Junior Taylor Lawson stated, it was boring. However, freshman Brandon Powell found the game to be quite entertaining. “I played a defensive position in High School, and the game was mostly a defensive game, so I liked it”.

During the Super Bowl many people were looking at Tom Brady who is the quarterback for the New England Patriots. Tom Brady is 41 years old, and has now won six Super Bowls, and four MVP awards, which is why people were watching him.  Making him the player with the most MVP awards from the Super Bowl. Brady’s number of MVP awards has led many people, such as Brandon Powell to say Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time). However, Tom Brady did not receive the MVP award this year, Julian Edelman did, the 32 year old wide receiver and punt returner for the New England Patriots.
