Keylee Harrell second pract- Blood drive story

I did a story over the blood drive this week for the practicum. I was not able to donate blood because I am under the weight limit but I did document my friends experiences. I also got to talk to Bob Woodall, a donor recruiter. He explained everything to me and inspired me to want to donate blood. It made me realize that this is a big deal and more people should be donating blood because it saves lives. He gave me a lot of information and it was my first real interview so I didn’t really know what to ask but he gave me all the information I needed. It was a fun experience and it surprised me how much I learned about donating blood. (Picture is of student Emily Brown.)
