In honor of Women’s History Month, the Women’s and Gender Studies Steering Committee hosted a Women’s History Social Hour March 27. The event was held at Slim and Shorty’s, and all students and faculty were encouraged to attend.
There was also a competition to win a door prize for the women who dressed as their favorite “woman or supporter.” The groups had a great time as they ate, drank, and conversed about important people and events in the history of women’s advancement.
